The shelf life of your products can be between 9 months- 12 months while keeping them in a room temperature area and out of the heat

Generally processing times are within 5-7 business days. Although due to COVID please be aware that times can vary and may take longer

USPS is used when sending off orders
5. Can I change my order once it's been placed?
No, once an order is placed it is final
6. Can I apply this product to my face?
We recommend starting with a patch test before applying product to full face. Products are made will ALL natural ingredients however. DO NOT use sugar scrubs on your face.
7. I have received my item and it has melted, what do I do?
Place body butter in fridge for 10-20 minutes it will reshape and form hard again. With the increasing heat this is possible and does not harm the product at all.
